put one banana in the blender.
drop in 5-10 tablespoons of yoghurt. (but really you can put as many as you need and think you will need) *low-fat or zero fat is recommended for dieters or whatever*
add 1-2 tablespoons of milo. (you could also use hot chocolate powder)
And blend up!!!
WARNING: this shake is EXTREMELY addictive for those who enjoy banana splits but can't stand all that sugar/calories!!!
