You should use a slightly damp toothbrush and apply a nourishing lipbalm(preferably organic) afterwards. Brush your lips only about once a week so as not to damage them.

actually i use it with a toothbrush and sum vasline..
that way theres friction but not too much..
it really works : ]

Not that this makes much of a difference, but I also use a eyebrow brush. :D
