These make great paper weights, bookends (like I used mine for),or just decorations.
I made mine with my three favorite colors, hot pink, orange, and green, and then added a little white at the top. If you make one, here are two CRUCIAL tips: use a funnel to pour the sand in (unless you want to spend 15 minutes sweeping afterwards), and don't just re-screw on the cap- hot glue it back on there (unless you want to spend 30 min. sweeping)!!!!!! :D Trust me, you'll be glad you did!!!
