ok first you need a pair of socks i picked these up pretty cheap (i wanted to make armwarmers out of the leg part) but you can always use ones u just have lying around

now u need to put the socks on along with the shoes u wish to wear them with (i already had a pair of footsie socks so i just used those) draw a line around the top and then using that line as a guide (remember to leave room for a seam)cut the top of the sock off

next pin along the top of the sock to make a seam remember to add your elastic (i didnt mainly because i couldnt be bothered ^-^ and these socks were pretty stretchy)then sew along ur seam

and there you have it cute little footsie socks ^-^ ignore the texta on my foot i used a sharpie and it went through the material lol
