This is Scotty, a version of the Sock Martian. I made it out of a red plaid sock. We used iron on studs for his eyes and mouth, and made him a tiny punk vest from a sock scrap, felt bits and more iron on studs. I embroidered his name on the heel of the sock, or the doll's bum. Just another example of the versatility of the original pattern!
