Snowmen, Tis the Season

For some of the Snowmen and His Peeps, we turned our socks inside out for a fuzzy texture.
Start by filling the sock with about a cup and a half of kitty litter for the bottom portion then secure it with a rubber band.
Add an cup of kitty litter for the middle portion, and secure it with another rubber band.
Add half a cup of the kitty litter for the head portion and secure it with the last rubber band.
Now squish it with your hands until it's a shape you like, using the glue gun to secure each section to the other. Keeps the body from stretching out every time someone picks the snowman up.
Fold the elastic ribbing over and glue down the edges carefully to shape the beanie hat for the head.
Now...all that's left is the decorating. That's up to you. :-)

We used all the odds and ends we had on hand in the craft room, so the only out of pocket cost were the socks and the kitty litter.
