First you need two tablespoons and baking soda( it is a an odor neutralizer), one cup of any brand of fabric softener used for laundry and a clean spray bottle. I normally pickup an el cheapo brand softener at the dollar store as long as I love the smell.

Take your 2 tablespoons of baking soda, toss it in the bottle, then add your cup full of fabric softener, fill the spray bottle with warm water until it is full, put your nozzle back on, and now finally shake! Viola, you have sniff-o-rific fabric refresher for pennies!
