snickerdoodles may be my very favorite cookies.

  1. Step 1

    preheat oven to 350

  2. Step 2

    Sift together Flour, Baking Powder, and Salt

    during this step I also added probably about half a tsp of Cinnamon


  3. Step 3

    in a bowl, whip Butter and Sugar together, until light and fluffy (takes about 3 minutes)

  4. Step 4

    Add in the eggs


  5. Step 5

    slowly incorporate the flour

  6. Step 6

    roll the dough into balls, I made mine all various sizes. But try to keep them about the same size on one cookie sheet.

  7. Step 7

    roll the balls in the cinnamon/sugar mix (2 tbs sugar/2 tsp cinnamon)

    put balls on cookie sheet!

  8. Step 8

    Bake for 12-15 minutes

This is a great recipe, thanks. I just made them, my first batch in the over turned out huge and cake like, but once I got the size down they were perfect!
