Preheat your oven to 375° F
In a small bowl crush your gram-crackers. I like mine fairly chunky but you can use whatever consistency you want.
In another bowl combine flour, baking soda and salt.
TIP: If your butter isn't already softened you can grate it with a cheese grater.
In a large bowl beat butter, granulated sugar, brown sugar, and vanilla extract until creamy. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each addition. Gently beat in flour mixture. Once the flour is well incorporated add your gram-crackers and chocolate chips.

pop em back in the oven and allow the marshmallows to melt and get slightly toasty on the top. once your cookies are well browned take them out and let them cool. try to touch the marshmallows as little as possible. If they tipped over onto the baking sheet you can use some utensil or another to push them back on while they are hot.
Sorry...

Mmmm these look good. Do you have any idea of what a UK substitute for gram crackers would be?

Oh dear! Disaster struck when I tried to make these! I ended up with a tray of toffee with a crispy crust - still delicious with the mallows "_"
Any idea how I went sooo wrong?
