The perfect camping treat!
We went camping at the weekend, so I baked a batch of brownies topped with cookies and marshmallows to take along. The marshmallows toasted perfectly on top while the cookies caramelised into a sticky yummy layer. I will definitely be baking these again!

Step 1Whisk together the butter, sugar and eggs.

Step 2Add the flour, cocoa, walnuts and crumble in half of the cookies and marshmallows.

Step 3Pour the mixture into a greased baking tin and smooth off the top with a spatula.

Step 4Crumble on the remaining biscuit and top evenly with the remaining marshmallows.

Step 5Bake for 20 minutes at 200'C and watch the marshmallows toast and cookies caramelise on top of your brownies.
