Gather all the materials needed for this project you will also need garter i just forgot it in the picture:)

Cut the paper in the size of 5x4 inch,after cutting arrange the papers so it's easier to combine .

Use the glue/paste to combine the paper but i prefer the glue gun :). if your using a glue/paste use a clothespin or a clip to press the paper to make sure it is completely combined then let it dry !

Now cut your old folder by 6x10 . it will be your cover for the notebook .

after cutting cover it with your desired color/design of art paper/gift wrapper

use the glu gun to attach the combined paper into the covered folder.

Cut a 8 inch garter and attach the end of it at the back of your notebook.

Design your outer cover of your notebook (if you want :P) to finish :))
