This was an easy project and I'm not a confident knitter yet, so this is definately. The pattern is available from Ravelry. I estimate it took me about 5 hours, and my sister knitted one in the about the same amount of time, it is only so time consuming as there are a lot of stitches on the rows and cabling takes time.
