Old jeans to fab new capris.
As you can tell, I love slashing,bleaching,patchwork and rhinestones. Talk about overdose.

  • How to rip a pair of ripped jeans. Slashed & Patched Capris - Step 1
    Step 1

    Those are my pants before the reconstruction. I already cut them just above the knee,slashed them and bleached them.Also,remember to cut the back of your pantlegs all up to the pocket,since you want your capris to be fitted.

    Step 2

    Prepare two big patches;sew together some leftover denim scraps.

  • Step 3

    Insert one patch into one pantleg and sew ; remeber to put the pocket IN THE BACK of the patch. Repeat for the other pantleg.

  • Step 4

    Put your capris-to-be on and mark on your back part of the pantlegs where is the fitting point. Sew the back together,but leave about 2 cms (1 inch) allowance.

  • Step 5

    Finito :)
