I finally got around to making slack dresses using this tutorial from Threadbanger http://youtube.com/watch?v=8S53nvkTiB8

The ribbon is from an old pair of faux ballet slippers I got from Payless.

I'm really small so it was ok to use pants that were my size (aka the denim pants), otherwise I'd recommend using men's slacks in a larger size.

I'm not sure how much time I spent on this because I did a bit of it here and there.
