have your skulls all out and ready to be painted on if you like. this is plain skull and i would want the face features to stand out, these skulls also glow in the dark. :)

I painted on the face of the skull in black, and i smudge away the extra paint so it stays in the away imprinted.

Pick your flower of choice, i have many, you can add any additional things to your flower to fit you, i just like mine plain.
Take part what holds the flower together, relax the glue gun will be keeping them together.

after you have glued the pieces together add glue to the center of the flower that's where your skull will go

additional information if your flower is all flimsy iron it down and add hair spray to make it stiff and let it dry

after your done placing the skull and spraying it if needed, now its time to add the clip, place a ribbon for the part that will be glued to the flower, i didn't have a picture to show you but hopefully you can see what i did.

And after all the steps are completed your done :)
