Great project, if you have the patience :)
But, I read somewhere that if you have the time, you could just put a bunch of leaves in a bucket of water (with washingpowder, I think? Google it), and the process will happen by itself within 1-2 weeks.

Yup, you can even omit the washing powder (but they'll take even longer). I had about a week to finish mine so I needed to hurry the process up a bit!
