Get the bread, I used wholemeal, doesn't make a difference. Make sure you have really tasty cheese, I used the Krafty sliced cheese, make sure it's a cheese that melts a bit quickly. Then you can use other toppings of your choice, maybe ham or tomatoes.

Grab a non stick pan, spray or spread some oil to make sure it won't stick, put the bread in the pan in the middle. Flip with a spatula. Also make sure the flame is not to high because the bread will get burnt and the cheese wouldn't have taken the time to melt.
