  1. Step 1

    Step 1

First measure your wrist. Add about one inch to this measurement. This length will be the length will be the longer part of your rectangle. My wrist is about 7 inches. So i used 8. My wrists are tiny. So you may want to just measure your own.

  2. Step 2

    Step 2

Measure out a rectangle using your wrist measurement as the long way. Make the width about 4 inches long.

  3. Step 3

    Step 3

Take your rectangle to your sewing machine. Fold over one edge about one centimeter (Half and inch)on the long side. This does not have to be exact but, try to make it as straight as possible. Then sew. You can use pins if you'd like. Do the same thing to the other side of your rectangle.

  4. Step 4

    Step 4

Turn your rectangle to the short side. Fold over the edge as small as you can get it. About a quarter inch should do.Then sew. Do this to the other side as well.

  5. Step 5

    Step 5

Go back to the long way an fold over your already sewn fold. Sew your new fold down and repeat to the other side.

  6. Step 6

    Step 6

You should now have something that looks like this. Fold it in half.

  7. Step 7

    Step 7

Sew close to the edge. Your result will be a slightly twisted strap of fabric with many strings of thread.

  8. Step 8

    Step 8

Cut off the strings. Preferably with a better pair of scissors then mine.

  10. Step 10

    Step 10

    Step 11

Cut a smaller square about one centimeter

  12. Step 12

    Step 12

Pin one velcro square to one end of your strap. You can use a pin or you an try your luck with out the pin.

  13. Step 13

Sew your square down. Go around the square once and across once or twice

  14. Step 14
