NOTE: IT IS ONLY ONE THIRD OF A TEASPOON OF BAKING SODA!!!! I've saved over it about 10 times and it won't change :(
This is a super easy recipe which can be made without having to buy anything extra from the shop :).
I got my idea for this from sugarlishes peanut butter goodness and i decided to add some stuff which i thought would be yummy :D .

Ingredients
- 120 (1 cup) Caster Sugar (or 80grams of caster and 40 grams or light brown)
- 1 tbsp hand full Chocolate Chips (you can use more or less if you want)
- 140 gram (1 cup) Peanut Butter
- 1 Egg(s)
- 1 tbsp Plain Flour (add more if mix is too thin)
- 0.3 tsp One third of a tsp Baking Soda

Set the oven to 180 degrees centigrade

Beat egg and sugar in a bowl until creamy.
Add everything else and mix until well combined using a spoon. -

Using a spoon gather some dough and place it on the grease proof paper and and press down on it slightly to spread it out.

place the tray in the oven and bake for 10 minutes or until light brown on the edges.
They will be very soft and feel undercooked when straight out of the oven!! But as they cool they will set and become chewy and moist :D

Now place them on a plate and watch them fly.
.... Or sneak off with them and relax with your favourite film ;)
