Easy DIY gold canvass art
I knew I wanted something metallic and long to compete with the TV and add height to the wall. I went to the craft store to get inspired and found that canvas was on sale. So I bought some and headed home to my drawer of paints.

Step 1I started with canvas from Michael's.

Step 2I grabbed some metallic gold paint from my stash of paints. I like this champagne hue. It works well in my room.

Step 3I just slapped some paint on and dragged it downward for a drip effect. I brushed about 5 coats on.

Step 4Let it dry thoroughly and do any touch ups necessary.

Step 5Voila!
