simple and yummy
when i get bored i cook/bake, so i decided i wanted to make some fudge, i've never made it before so this was a first attempt!!

this is a simple recepie which doesnt require a sugar thermometer, although it does require a bit of patience

    Step 1

    get the equiptment you need out ready,

    grease the baking tray/tin or if using a dish like i did line with cling film

    get all ingredients ready and measured out

  • Step 3

    add all ingredients to sauce pan and heat untill the sugar has desolved and the butter and aero chocolate balls have desolved

    Step 4

    bring the mixture to the boil and boil for aprox 20mins

    dont worry if the mixture doesnt thicken up it will when cooled

  • Step 5

    take the mixture off the heat and leave to one side for aprox 5 mins

  • Step 6

    beat the mixture for a few mins untill it thickens

    Step 7

    pour into baking tray / dish

    and leave to cool at room temperature for a little while

    once cooler put in the fridge untill completely set.

    cut into squares or whatever shape takes your fancy

    eat and enjoy :)

Would you mind telling me how much sugar and chocolate you include in this recipe? You don't seem to have stated that anywhere

hi, im so sorry, i cant find my origonal recepie anywhere and havent made this for a while so im afraid i have no idea how much sugar i used Happy

it is very! ive eaten half of it already haha, i think next time i make it i will add some mint essence to it as well to make the mint stand out more
