About
the cutest ring
As in a previous tutorial I have posted. I sanded down my shrink plastic film in order to draw on this with a graphite pencil. After I "shrunk" my piece, I sprayed it with a clear acrylic and layered mod podge to seal it. Then used E6000 to connect it to the ring base.
