this is great for the base of skirt or total one piece outfit .two different color sleeves would be adorable. depending on the sleeves, sometimes you get dolphin shorts. remember not everyone fits in sleeves, its ok just adjust the length or whatever to make it suitable for your body

You Will Need

Step 1get two short sleeves. depending on your waist get xl or higher to be safe

Step 2cutout the seam of the side

Step 3cut the sleeve seam.
its usually on the bottom of the arm when you where it -
Step 4now take your two sides and place them outside sides together (inside out.) The hem on the arm hole will become your waist band!

Step 5pin (sorry i spazzed out!)
now sew! if you are wanting a skirt this is where you stop and turn inside out and slap that baby on!
if not keep inside out -
Step 6now sew a half circle where your crotch goes (make sure its still inside out)

Step 7cut the crotch moon out

now flip inside out and you have shorts.
Anyway, I think it's a cute idea, just a little risky for my taste. xD If you wanted, I'm sure you could add a waist band from the shirt you cut the sleeves from to make it a bit longer.
