You Will Need

Step 1Crush the Jammie Dodgers with a mortar & pestle into a fine powder and remove the jammy centers.

Step 2Place the crushed biscuit into a small bottle.

Step 3Fill the bottle with vodka.

Step 4Pop the cork in, label your bottle with the date and leave to infuse. Check the flavour of your vodka every day until it tastes just right. My one was ready after two days.

Step 5Place a sieve over a jug and strain the vodka.

Step 6Wash out your bottle and throw away the cookie crumbs.

Step 7Pour the vodka back in to your bottle. If the flavour is too strong, add a little more vodka to weaken the taste.

Step 8Get creative with the infused vodka and mix up some new cocktails!
