mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl (obviously not the rolling pin!) and knead with your hands. At this point you could add chocolate chips if you wanted. (you may also need to add alittle more flour.)
roll out with rolling pin so that the dough is about 1cm thick.
Cut out the shapes with cutters.
Place on a greased tray and bake in the oven on 170'c for approx 30 minutes.
Leave to cool for 10 minutes and sprinkle with sugar.
