-

For this project you will need a t-shirt and a shirt.
-

Cut around the collar and button strip, leaving about an inch around the edge.
-

Throw the rest of the shirt away or put in your scrap bucket.
-

Pin the shirt collar and buttons to the t-shirt, pinning the lower part of the collar to the inside neckline of the t-shirt and pin the button strip down the front of the t-shirt.
-

Unbutton the button strip and cut the t-shirt down the middle.
-

Unstitch each side of the button strip and then take the edge of the t-shirt, fold it under and then stitch it on top of the button strip.
-

Sew up each side of the button strip and around the collar until the shirt is firmly sewn to the tee.
-

Trim off all the excess shirt and tee and it's ready to wear.

Awesome idea. I hate wearing those damn collered shirts to work. This is a very creative alternative/protest. lol. Thanks for the idea.

I love this idea. I just donated a bunch of old shirts I didn't like anymore, but would have been perfect for this. I will definitely keep this in mind next time I clean out my closet, which my husband thinks should be now :)

I got the Battle Royale T-Shirt on eBay. For Halloween, I made me and my gang a bunch of BR shirts, by printing out the logo on to transfer paper, ironing it on to white school shirts and then splattering them with blood. I also made BR colars by cutting a piece of cardboard to fit around the neck, covering it in tinfoil and then taping it around the neck with masking tape.

I love this idea soo much! However, and I think I may just be far too sleep deprived, but I'm not 100% sure about steps 6 and 7. Is the tshirt sewn above the button strip? Is it folded over somewhere that I didn't notice? Please let me know, I want to make a couple of these for work tomorrow!;] lol
