It's made of tidbits!
The lace came from the bottom of a tulle skirt, like a tutu/petticoat thing. The ribbon, I've had lying around for ages... I had a bought a spool almost 6 inches wide of ribbon at a garage sale a long time ago. And the t-shirt from of the shirt is the back of a shirt from a failed t-shirt recon a long time ago.
