I was inspired by Shirley Manson as a teenager so I decided to do this makeover of her look on the music video 'Milk' from he first Garbage album. Let's start!
First apply a black primer to your whole lid, making a rounded shape. I used Clarins Kohl Kajal in black. Also take the chance to apply it to your waterline and underneath your eye.
Then apply a blue eyeshadow or pigment, navy or dark blue preferably. I used Barry M Dazzle dust in number 23.
Finally apply some fine glitter all over your lid. I didn't use any glue for the glitter since I don't like the chunky effect it gives but it is up to you if you want to use it. The glitter I used was Reflects duo purple by Mac. You can also add a bit of black eyeshadow to your lash line to intensify the look. Finish off by applying a black mascara and a white highlight on the brow area. I used Inglot Matte 351.
Add a touch of pink blush to your face, not too much, on this look she wears quite a pale face. I used a sun broking blush by Kiko called 04 Absolutely Berry.
And last but not least your lips. Add a very bright red lipstick. It doesn't have to be matt. in this case I used the color Dita on the Sleek Makeup Lipstick Palette Tease 856.
