This flip combines Anno Gin with an egg white, lemon juice, simple syrup and sherbet for a cocktail that's straight out of the sweet shop.
This flip combines Anno Gin with an egg white, lemon juice, simple syrup and sherbet for a cocktail that's straight out of the sweet shop.
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and pour the sherbet into the bottom.
Add the egg white, simple syrup, gin and squeeze in the juice from a lemon.
Shake well and strain into a cocktail glass.
Serve with a stick of liquorice.
