sorry bout the poorly made pics my cameras batterys were nearly dead.
if you look closely youll see they have sewn it creases which i adored because it looked like the dress was pieced together with 3 pieces in the front.

first. cut the pant leggs off at the crotch.[inseam]
then cut open both legs and sew them together to make a tube.
try it on cuffed edge up[usually the narrowest end of the tube] and inside out sp you ir an friend can pin it so it is fitted.aslo mark your pinned area well on boths sides where you need to sew with some chalk or other marking tool.
now that is sewed up,play with ideas. i chose to use the waist band to make this bow. you can also use the leftover back of the pants to make straps or a rose or wahtever the choice is yours!
