This is a high waisted/puffy style skirt/dress that I made so that I could make them interchangeable as either. You can wear it over various tops at the waist and then wear a belt, scarf or fabric to ties over the waist.
I am making various types but this one is my first.
It can be worn as a skirt as well in the winter so that it is longer. It is short, cute, flirty and fun to wear on a warm spring/summer day!
This is my second dress that I have made and I receive compliments whenever I wear them. I really enjoy making them!
