Make some carboard circle and glue along the plastic lid.
Add in the "?" hook after the first round. -

After you finish gluing the cardboard around the lid..you can start glue the sequins onto the cardboard rings.

Close up the sequins gluing process..

When you done with the sequins...you may turn the lid over and glue the mirror onto it with a glue gun.

Glue mirror with glue gun...

Done and ready to display!
