Draw one side of the collar (use a collar jou arlready have to make it easier)

attach the tulle on the paper with headpins. Do this twice!

Cut out both sides

Now cut the chain the right lenghth for your neck, and start attaching the sequins AND both sides of the tulle collar with little metal rings.

start to attach a second row to the tulle. it should be parallel with the first row.

...and start a third row

I made 4 rows - If you look good you can see them :)

Now you're ready! This is what the back should look like...

...and this how the front should look - of course you can use other colors, other combinations, one color, stripes,... be creative!! :)
