  1. Step 1

    Step 1

Cut a rectangle of card sized 3" by 1.5"

  2. Step 2

    Step 2

Fold over at 0.25" and 1.5". You can decorate this card to make it look pretty.

  3. Step 3

    Step 3

Cut a long strip of tracing paper measuring 2.75" wide and however long you want. Write your individual notes vertically down the strip, leaving small gaps in between each one. You can write these in pen, print them out or use a typewriter for that cute typist look.

  4. Step 4

    Step 4

Use a perforator and ruler to score in between each of the messages. You can also use a sewing machine, minus the thread, to perforate the paper.

  5. Step 5

    Step 5

Staple your notes in to your card, fold up the notes, close your card and pop it in your pocket.

These would come in handy at loud concerts too! Ingenious to use the sewing machine as a perforator!

I had a brainflash and made a second set of notes, with lick-and-stick glue painted onto the back. Now I can leave or hand them to someone loose, or I can engage in small scale art-vandalism. :-)
