get a ice cube tray and wash it
then place the chopped herbs and spices in
add water -
first gather your herbs and seasonings
I used fresh parsley and chives from my garden
plus pepper, salt and savory -
pop in the freezer
then take them out whenever you need to season your dishes

What a great way to have that fresh herb taste all year. So much cheaper than those packages from the market.
