I made this just out of the blue (haha) when I made other nautical jewelry :) I've had the pendant for quite a while, it was on another necklace.

Make three braids, two with rope and one with ribbon.

Bind them together at each end, I used glue to attach satin ribbon.

Put on the sea horse with a jump ring
