Step 1find an old, or buy a new t-shirt. i bought this cheap t-shirt @ discount price, so does'nt matter to destroy it.

Step 2
start by mark where you want to cut (no picture) with tailors chalk or pencil.

Step 3then cut the lines, like mine so it'll look scratchy. pull the strings to toggle it.

Step 4make fringe with the whole back of the t-shirt, cut 2 of it

Step 5sew 1 strip from the fringe that you cut, to your t-shirt, in your waist.

Step 6sew the other strip on the other side.

Step 7and you're ready for your tee! tie your back with stripes in your waist.
