Get together everything you'll need:

*A scrabble tile
*magazines or junk mail that you don't mind cutting up.
*Mod Podge
*3D craft laquer
*Jewelry wire
*Pliers
*Small screw
*Pen
*Small paintbrush
*Scissors

Note: You may want to lay down some newspapper over your work suface, cause the mod podge and craft laquer can get a little messy.

Drill a small hole on the top of the scrabble tile with the screw (An easier way to do this would be to use a hand drill, if you have one).

Use a pen to trace around the tile over the design or picture that you want to use for your charm. Then cut it out.

Spread a thin coat of mod podge on the non-letter side of your tile.

Stick on the picture you cut out, smooth it down, and trim it down if you need to.

Cover with craft laquer and let dry for an hour or two.

Use your pliers t twist a peice of Jewelry wire into a loop, leaving a little stem with wich you can insert it into the hole in your scrabble tile.

Once the craft laquer has dried....

Fill the hole of the tile with craft laquer, and slide in the stem of the wire loop. Let dry (again).

Once the craft laquer has finally dried, pat yourself on the back because you're done!!!!! :D
