Step 1Wash the scotch broth mix.

Step 2Bring the stock to the boil.
Add the scotch broth mixture to the stock.
Cook until the broth is soft & cooked through.

Step 3Chop all the vegetables into roughly the same size pieces.
Add the chopped vegetables to the pot.
Cook until the vegetables are cooked & soft.

Step 4Serve hot with crusty bread.
