Used clothes hanger that came with clothing from store. Cut stripes of fleece and cut cardboard into circles with cut out in center. Wrap circles with fabric (gluing end so they stay in place) staple fabric covered circles together and attach using small pieces of fabric. Holds 30 scarf but I don't see why you can't add as many as you want.
