first get your sarong or long peice of fabric

then take the two ends (of the longest end) in your hand and hold it behind you

under your armpits

bow take one end and pull it over to the other side

let the corner hang on your shoulder

now do the same with the other peice

take the two peices on your shoulder and pull them up towards the bck of your neck

then

tie them into a knot

you can let it hang loose

or use a belt

now you are done
