Squash fold.
Appearance before completion.
Turn over.

Make inside reverse folds.
Cut the front layer only as shown, then make valley folds.
Valley fold.
Make cuts as shown.
Make valley folds.
Valley fold.
Pleat fold.
Valley fold.
Make mountain folds.
Turn over.
Valley fold front layer only.
Make valley folds.
Valley fold in half.
Inside reverse fold.
Valley fold both arms.
Turn over.
Mountain fold, then color bear white
Completed Part I.
Start with base fold II. Make inside reverse folds.
Make inside reverse folds.
Make inside reverse folds.
Make cuts as shown, then make valley folds.
Valley fold.
Valley fold.
Make valley folds.
Valley fold.
Valley fold.
Turn over.
Valley fold.
Valley fold in half to complete Part II.
Insert Part II into Part I as shown and apply glue to hold.
Pull and fold both feet.
Pull and fold hand.
Completed Part II assembly.
