Yeah for my BD i made a costume party so i need a costume xD i decide to made a cosplay of sailor uranus and i had to make the tiara :3
Instructions

1.- You got to cut the shape of the tiara in a piece of gold or yellow foam, then you have have to put the wire around the tiara, when the tiara looks like a tiara xD
You have to put in the shores Painting relief n.n

Yeah! Now you have to paint the tiara with the metallic spray :3 and stick the gem with glue and taran!!
