My mother actually made this for the Supanova Pop Culture expo here. She made it in less than a week and all from scratch - I owe her so bad. She just looked at a picture of Sailor Moon and figured out how to do it. She's kind of amazing, yeah? ALso - A LOT cheaper than buying one off eBay. Custom fit too!
