Based on Sailor Doodle Charms by Kin Dragon
Its basically a charm redesigned. Its Sailor Doodles Eternal Brooch, It was hard enough to paint, but the wings made me wanna rip my red hair out!!!!! But I didn't, and eventually I made some wings that I'm happy with. The time is just a guess estimation of how long it took me to get the wings right.
