Safety Pin Shirt

Try sewing a patch or something on the inside of the shirt wear the pins are placed that way they well not pierce your skin if you fall & you can still see the saftey pins on the outside of the shirt.

I have a black dress that has safety pins down the front of it.

If you open each of the safety pins, dip the points in glue (don't be stingy with the glue, really coat them in it) and then close them, you'll have sealed them shut and will thus prevent dangerous stabbing accidents. Ask your mom how she feels about that idea, maybe then you can wear it! (It's too cute to waste!)
