You Will Need
-
Step 1Pick a tank top and trace it on some fabric/pick a tank top which fits in height but is too skinny
-
Step 2Construct a tank/take your tank and cut the front open.

Step 3Cut a matching piece of fabric which is 20cms X height of the cut
-
Step 4Sew the piece of fabric in the front of your tank like so.

Step 5Shirr along the red line.

Step 6Shirr the neckline,hem where it's needed-VOILA!
