You´ll need 2 same color t´shirts. One for cut out the ruffles and another one that will be the actual to transform and wear. You´ll end up with 2 different size ruffles, so you´ll have to cut for the bottom part 3 inches wide, and for the rest 1.5 inches.

Sew together some of the ruffles so you end up with a long one to sew around the T shirt at the bottom. I did 2. Also sew an straight line one the top side to then pull and create the ruffle, richness or bulk up to you.

Pin the big bottom ruffles to bottom of t shirt and sew to attach.

This are the little ruffles. I sew in the middle of the 1.5 strip and then pull to create this, Do several... depending on your design

Pin the little ones to the top of the t shirt, and create your future design, then attach with the sewing machine. I normally choose the sewing thread to create the ruffle from another color, just is then easier to pull that thread apart and remove it. For a better finish.

After I sewed some beads to cheer up a bit, that if you have enough time!!!
Voilá!! it´s ready to wear!!!
