I found an old Teen magazine from Fall 2002 with directions for decorating blouses. Since I wear a lot of blouses to work, I decided to give a pattern a try.

First, sew piping along the front edge. Beneath the piping, sew the ruffled trim.

It was fun and simple. I should have chosen a better blouse, though. This one wrinkles easily.

I plan on making another with a steampunk twist.
