-You will need a ribbon or any fabric cut into striped, the longer an wider the ribbon the larger the flower
i used a ribbon which was 19 inches long and 1.5inches wide

-Fold the ribbon in half and do a running stitch all the way to the end

-Leave some thread at the start you will need it when you tie the ends of the flower together

-When you are done stitching you will get something like (top image)

-Do not tie and cut the thread there is still some stitching to do

-Right now its all twisted and turned twist it round so its all aligned straight (bottom image)

-Take the end of the ribbon (where the stitch ends)and turn it inward
(where my inder finger is pointing turn inward)

-Stitch the border to keep it from coming apart

-Stitch few times and continue turning and stitching

-When the stitching is done tie the two ends of the thread together!

And your done!
